Welcome to the campsite of Tournus, only a mile from the motorway A6 "Autoroute du Soleil"

The campsite of Tournus is a three star campsite situated in the South of Burgundy, only a few minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful town of Tournus. Tournus is well known for the Romanesque abbey and for the large number of excellent restaurants.
The campsite is only a mile from the exit 27 of the A6 "Autoroute du Soleil" motorway, yet still has a very pleasant natural setting with a lovely view over the river Saône and the surrounding area.

During the Winter 2011/2012, we have planned the following improvements :

- Renovation/modernization of first toilet block
- Electric hook up (CEE connections) on all pitches
- Reorganization of reception/bar/snack/shop area

Ideally situated near A6 and centre of Tournus

The friendly campsite offers 90 easy accessible, large and grassy pitches, enjoyable for a stopover of short stay to explore the pretty town of Tournus and the very interesting surrounding area.
If you are passing through for a stop over, you will appreciate the campsites' easy access and privileged situation at only 1 mile from the Exit 27 of the A6 motorway. Many excellent restaurants are only a short stroll from the campsite, on site we propose a take away service to make sure you do not need to cook after a long journey.
People who stay longer will discover that Tournus is a very good starting point to discover the South of Burgundy with its magnificent heritage. Besides the beautiful town of Tournus itself, many places of interest will show you the charm of this unknown part of Burgundy: the Rock of Solutré, Cluny, Brancion, Cormatin, the caves of Azé and Blanot, the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais....
